Hey there! People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Maybe you’re feeling like you're stuck in a loop of not being "good enough", constantly battling with the weight of perfectionism. Or perhaps you’re exhausted from the whole "fake it 'til you make it" mindset, trying to keep up appearances while inside, it feels like everything is falling apart.
Trust me, I get it. I’ve been there too. Growing up, I chased this idealistic version of happiness, thinking that if I could just achieve more, do more, everything would be better. However, this constant pursuit of perfectionism only left me feeling more defeated and alone. It wasn’t until I turned inward and sought help from others that my healing truly began. I started living my life—not just existing in it.
That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a space where you can be real, explore what’s going on inside, and begin to make sense of the complexities of being human. Therapy isn’t about giving you quick fixes—it’s about offering support, understanding, and helping you reconnect with your own strength.
